What insurance does Dr. Randall accept?
Dr. Randall does NOT directly bill insurance companies and does NOT directly accept payments from insurance companies.
Instead, this office provides all necessary documentation for the patient to be directly reimbursed from their insurance company.
This office’s services may be fully or partly covered by your insurance or employee benefit plan or covered once you have met your deductible.
Before your first visit with us, please carefully check your coverage by inquiring with your insurance company. As a patient, you will be provided upon request with a good faith estimate.
What forms of payment does Dr. Randall accept?
Forms of payment accepted include cash, checks, and all major credit/debit cards.
I have Medicare - can Dr. Randall still see me?
This office is opted-out of Medicare, which means it does not bill Medicare or accept Medicare payments. According to the rules and regulations of Medicare, if you are covered by Medicare, you cannot receive reimbursement for your office visits with us even with submission of appropriate statements/receipts. If you are covered by Medicare and still wish to be seen by this office, an appropriate opt-out notification provided by this office must be reviewed and signed by you before you begin or continue treatment at this office.
Does Dr. Randall certify patients for the Medical Use of Marijuana?
Yes. Dr. Randall is certified by the New York State Department of Health to certify patients for the Medical Use of Marijuana.
Does Dr. Randall do Court Ordered Evaluations?
Yes, she does.
With knowledge of the interface between medicine and the law, Dr. Randall is able to provide court ordered evaluations.

Do I need a referral?
No referrals are needed.

Unfortunately, this is not a question that can be answered without seeing you personally and talking with you to allow Dr. Randall to fully understand your personal and individual needs.
